It was useful base for travelling to Bansko, I was glad to stay there. The venue had pleasant staff who made the stay fine. Location: the hotel was not far from center, the mountain🙂🙂

Such a superb place to stay with super central position. Good sized beds, iron/ironing board and blackout curtains were a nice touch. The hotel was spotlessly clean and every staff member was amiable. Set close to a gondola station in the well kept area.

comprehensive breakfast, amenable staff, reliable wi-fi. our studio suite was heated, warm enough. the staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. irish bar was pleasant! hospitable service was provided. well-maintained garden outside.

Brilliant base for discovering Bansko. The beautiful view to mountain from the room. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.
In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Amvrosia that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Lovely place for a weekend in Bansko! Free parking was an extra advantage.
